  I think I read somewhere that flash pasteurization isn't good enough (or at least there isn't enough info available to say one way or another).

  OK, I actually emailed naked juice about that last pregnancy. nbsp;They responded saying that the flash pasteurization process did properly kill all bacteria. nbsp;So I wouldn't worry.nbsp;

  . I one I got is trader joes brand. I wonder If trader joes flash pasteurized is same as naked and it is enough to kill all the bacteria?

  Flash pasteurization just means it was heated and then cooled very quickly to avoid changing the chemical composition/taste/texture; pasteurization is an allornothing kinda thing. If it says pasteurized its just fine. Drink up!
