Implantation cramps?

I've heard of implantation bleeding, but I wonder if it is possible to have cramps and nausea after conception. If so, about how long after you conceived did you experience them?

I have never conceived, so I can't say for sure, but this cycle I noticed some light cramping and nausea around my ovulation time.

If you are pregnant enough to have symptoms, then you are pregnant enough for a positive reading.

There is no way to tell if it is implantation anything unless you get a positive test. You could have ovulation cramps, or menstrual cramps and not be pregnant.

When I was pregnant, I didn't have implantation cramps (or bleeding for that matter).

My aunt claims that she felt implantation cramps. She almost never had cramps and both times she was pregnant she felt very strange and crampy around when she would have implanted... anecdotal but she swears it.

Once implantation has happened, you should be able to get a positive reading.

You could also have an ovarian cyst. Those are common and will cause cramping. They are especially common when conceiving so hopefully you are pregnant but a pregnancy test will let you know.
