Ok so every once in awhile DS will deliberately reach for a toy in front of him, but it's pretty inconsistent and sometimes I think it's just luck. Is anyone else noticing this with their LO? Am I just being paranoid? He will be 14 weeks tomorrow.
My LO has been grabbing his toys for a few weeks now (he is 15 weeks). He is really consistent with it now. I don't feel like my older son was doing this quite so young. It is amazing how they learn things overnight though. His new thing is grabbing his own feet and trying to get them in his mouth.

I had DD in a Bumbo today and she was leaning over checking out her foot. She was acting like she had never seen it before, lol.
My LO is still pretty inconsistent with it too. She will be 15 weeks tomorrow but was 3 weeks early. Try not to worry. They all develop at different rates!
I think 14 weeks was around the time my DS starting reaching for toys and bringing them to his mouth. He's 16 weeks now and is getting really good at holding on to things and chewing on them.
Yes, my LO started reaching and grabbing at toys around that time.
Now at almost 18 weeks he has figured out how to manipulate some of his toys...getting them in his mouth mostly, but also he has an activity bar with a fan that he can make go by pulling the stuffed ball below that, he has that down pat! He is also a huge chatter box with his toys. I have sooooo many videos of him carrying conversations with them....cutest freakin' thing ever!
