Milk of magnesia round 2

I took milk of mag last night after not going since Tuesday. It didn't do too much and I'm still feeling stopped up. I took some more again tonight. I'm not sure if I didn't drink enough water with it last night like the bottle states or what? I'm thinking I need to call my doc tomorrow if I don't have very good results like this morning. Thoughts?

    My doctor said dulcolax, colace, or metamucil. I did one dose of the dulcolax for women and it worked great.

    I've read glycerin suppositories work cause they soften up whatever is up there that may be too hard to pass. You could try that.

    Give it a little time. I drank a REALLY big glass of water with mine. I took it around 2p and it didn't work until about 9a the next morning. But it definitely helped! Since then I've been taking Colace when I take my Zofran. I'm still not regular but it's helping. Hang in there!
