Vitamin B6 rocked my lining! ***UPDATED BELOW***

I went in for my cd11 ultrasound this morning, and was so happy to see that my lining is at a 9 this month! It was only at a 6 last month on cd11, so I started taking vitamin B6 which supposedly helps. And it went up to a 9! Yeah!
But my follicle situation is a little complicated, so we might still be out this month altogether. On the right side, I have a large follicle (23) plus two small ones. But I don't have a tube on the right side. On my left side, I have one at 15 and one at 15.5. So the follicles that we want are too small to trigger tonight, and RE wants me to wait to trigger tomorrow night. But there is a good chance my body will surge too soon because of the big one on the right.
So I'm hoping for a negative OPK in the morning, so we can trigger tomorrow night, so those medium ones on the left will get ovulated too. If we get a positive OPK in the morning, the IUI is cancelled. Please wish me luck, ladies!

3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.
4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.
5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.
Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN. After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.
August 16, 2013: BFP our first month of "not trying!" Still in shock. Beta #1 (14dpo): 183. Beta #2 (17dpo): 611. Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm!
Ultrasound 9/13/13: 8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
Baby is due 4/26/14

2/11 - IUI #1 with clomid & trigger = BFN
5/11- Switched to a Fertility Specialist, Dx with low progesterone and annovulatory, several rounds of
clomid = BFN's
4/12 - Exploratory Lap, Dx Stage III endo
5/12 - 7/12 - Lupron injections to suppress AF and reduce scar tissue
8/12 - Surgery to remove tissue, uterus and tubes clear!
9/12-12/12 - More BFN's!
1/13 - Referred to an RE
2/13 - IUI #1 with injects and new RE = BFN
3/13 - 4/13 - Break due to cysts
5/13 - IUI #2 with injects (125ml bravelle + trigger) = BFP!!!
EDD - 1/23/14

I am so frustrated right now! Of course, I tested positive for a surge this morning. I called my RE's office and left a voice mail (not sure if they will call back since it's Sunday, although I know they do u/s and inseminations on the weekends). I wanted to ask them if maybe the trigger shot could still force the follicles on the left, or if it is too late once I have the surge. I HATE not having a tube on one side. It seems like everything that can go wrong the last 2 1/2 years, has gone wrong.
Kaselleck, I've been taking 100 mg of Vitamin B6 since cd2 (plus always a PNV). The weird thing is that it says it's 5000% of the daily value recommended! I checked with my RE's office before taking it, and they said they had never heard of taking it for lining issues, but that they thought it would be fine. I've also been drinking lots of water, more than usual, which also might have helped. I hope it helps with your lining issues if you decide to try it!
ETA: RE's office just called back. The nurse said that, with my natural surge, the two medium follicles on the left should definitely ovulate, since they will be about size 17. I thought only the dominant follie would, unless you triggered. She said we can proceed with the IUI after all. YEAH!!!
