TTC at 41 with IUI

Did first round of clomid went for u/s today have a mature follicle on left side which is good seeing my right tube is blocked. Hoping to have insemination with in a couple of days...hoping for the best...nervous, anxious, scared, hope full...emotions are through the roof.

    1st BFP-8/17/12!  Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US.  D&C.
    2nd BFP-2/13/13!  Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
    3rd BFP-5/22/13!  By early June, progesterone plummeting.  Another loss.
    August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.

    I can completely related to all those emotions. I just found out I was pregant (at 44) with my first IUI on Sunday. I did acupuncture right before my IUI and I think that helped in my case. So, just wanted to give you some encouraging news that it can happen - even if you're older. :-)

    Hope you can relax and breath....I can understand the stress involved with these procedures....fingers crossed that all goes well and you get a BFP!

    Thanks everyone for the well wishes....it's nice to have this board and have people to talk to that know exactly what we are going through. I have a lot of supportive family and friends, but sometimes they just don't understand and it gets tiring explaining everything...lol...still waiting for a positive ovulation test.

    Best of luck! I had a blocked tube too and the iui didn't work but the first ivf did.

    Well we had our first iui on Saturday husbands numbers were excellent... so fingers crossed for the next 2 weeks...trying to stay calm and not get hopes up to much....lots of praying.
