Daycare provider is moving :( Gift?

Long story short our DC providers family is moving closer to her MIL who was recently widowed. DS has been with her for over 3 years, since he was just over 1 year old and we all love her to pieces.

I'm trying to think of an appropriate gift for her on her last day (4 weeks away), She has a private site on Shutterfly with pictures of the kids and was thinking that I could pick a few to put on a coffee mug or maybe make a small photo book? I really want something personalized and meaningful.

Any other ideas?

Also, if she's moving to another state or something, maybe something that's a hallmark of your state, you know a food or something you'd miss if you moved away. I also liek the photobook idea too.

When our in home provider retired last year, we got her a gift card to a local restaurant (which obviously wouldn't work for you). We also got her a plant (she loves gardening) and put a little sign in it that said, "Thanks for helping me grow". Lastly, we took a picture of DD holding up a sign that said "Thank You" and framed it for her
