Help ladies!!

Hi everyone! Ok, long story short, this is my first medicated cycle with FSH and HCG. No IUI nor IVF, natural. I live outside the US and go to an independent RE that lives 4 hrs away from my home, no clinics here. For the mid cycle ultrasounds, he told me to go to a doctor near me, he recommended an OB, and to call him with the results, number of follies, sizes, etc.
I had my first ultrasound yesterday at cd10 and i have a dominant 10mm follie on one side and an 8mm on the left.
I called my RE today to see whats next, or at what size should i trigger and he's out of the country!!!!!! I don't know what to do!! I will have another ultrasound tomorrow, but i have no idea when to trigger!!
Opinions?!!!!

    I agree with IntuiativeBlue. My RE never has me trigger until my follies are >14. In the meantime, can you ask if there is another RE in the practice who fills in when yours is gone?

    1 medicated TI cycle & 4 clomid IUIs = all BFNs
    June 2013 IVF #1 = 6 frosties + BFP!
    DS1 born 2/14

    TTC #2 since December 2014
    May 2015 unassisted BFP ended in m/c at 7wks
    April 2016 FET #1 = BFN
    June 2016 FET #2 = c/p
    August 2016 FET #3 = BFP!
    DS2 born 4/17

    Mine had me trigger at 17 & 18. Two days prior, I think my largest was at 13. I heard they grow 2-3mm/day, so you should be fine for a couple of days.
