Following a diet? No b/c of BFing, after my 6 week check up i plan on eating much healthier though! I've used this post partum time to eat what i crave since I had GD in 3rd tri, oops!

I hate my post-baby body. But I'm one of those people who have always hated their body. My PCOS makes it really hard for me to maintain a normal weight, so I am constantly dieting and working out just to maintain.
Following a diet?
Yes. I'm doing a sort of modified paleo. I still eat oatmeal to keep up my milk supply, and I use paleo as a basis for how I eat. I try to keep dairy free, sugar free, and gluten free at the bare minimum.
Whats your exercise regime?
I climb 6 flights of stairs 4 times a day, 5 days a week. Mondays I do Pilates. I want to start a spinning class on the weekends but I'm nervous.

I have to be really cautious of how many calories I burn. I am still BFing and my supply is very fragile. If I don't consume enough calories, my supply drops quickly and is slow to recover.
I also hurt my back when I was 8 weeks pregnant, and it hasn't been the same since. Every time I try to run it shoots pain down my leg and I just can't do it. I know, I know, I need to go to the doctor.

That would be fun! Daily might be a bit slow, but maybe we could start with a weekly one.

I am about 5 lbs above my pre-pregnancy weight, so definitely those 5 lbs. But I also gained 10 lbs during IF treatments, so ideally I'd like to lose that too. However, I'm really more interested in being able to get back into my old pants, rather than a specific number on the scale.

I would really like to lose about 10lbs. Honestly though, if I could just tone up, and get rid of my flab, I'd be happy. I would really just like my clothes to fit.

Do you have a goal weight or amount you hope to lose? I'm back at my pre-pg weight, BUT I'm still 5 lbs above my normal weight due to fertility drugs. Actually, I've been at my pre-pg weight since 3m pp, but I haven't been able to lose any more since.

I want to fit back into my old clothes and just feel good about post baby body. I know it probably won't ever be the same but as long as I feel good I'll be ok.

Not really, but we try to eat healthy as a general rule.

Right now it's just walks around the block during the week and we try to go to a trail at the park on the weekends.

I am about 10 pounds from pre-pregnancy weight but I also gained 10 pounds during treatments. I'm more hoping to lose a couple of inches and tighten my stomach back up, this muffin top has got to go!

Well, I'm currently not trying to get in shape because thankfully I got back to my prepreg everything before I got pregs again and I have no intention of working out while I'm pregnant

I don't want to overdue it because I've had two high risk pregnancies (the first one with cervix issues that put me flat on my back starting at 22 weeks) and I'm nervous about that happening again.

My husband does the cooking (because he is amazing and enjoys it) so if it's not mac n' cheese or pb&j I usually don't make it.
