DS still has cradle cap. Thankfully he's blonde so it is less noticeable. We have used California Baby shampoo and JJ shampoo and he still has it. The amount of scales have certainly decreased over time but is it normal to still be hanging around? Has anyone found a shampoo that lessens the CC? I almost wonder if it is considered dandruff at this point or over active oil glands although his hair does not look greasy at all.
Re: S/O Baby hygiene products...
Ssimon I'm going to look for that JJ shampo thank you!
GoldenTY I didn't know how long having it was the "norm".
When Aria had it, our ped suggested using a dandruff shampoo twice a week. No more than a pea-sized glob. I wasn't comfortable with that because I was afraid of it getting in her eyes. So, I used olive oil. I put it on her hair and massaged it in her scalp before dinner. Once she was in the bathtub, I combed through her hair a few times, and then shampooed it and combed it again with the shampoo in. It took about a week or so to clear up.

When Nolan had it, the pedi said to use Selsun Blue twice a week. It really helped and he didn't have any adverse reactions.
