Happy Friday ladies! Hope you all had a decent week. Welcome and congrats to all the new mamas here! GL to those awaiting b/w or u/s results, or are TTCing.
T&Ps to those who need them.
What are your plans for the weekend? Shopping? Relaxing? Pampering? Outings with your LO? Get-together with family and friends?
Have a nice weekend!
Re: Happy Friday! Plans for the w/e?
We are getting take out tonight, I may even indulge in my first glass of wine post partum! The bottle of Chardonnay is calling my name!
Tomorrow we are having a dropin day for visitors to see Grace. It's easier for me to just give the family a date to visit at once rather than scheduling dates throughout the week.
On Sunday we are going to get some errands done and take the baby our for the day maybe a trip to the ice cream stand down the street? Yum!
Then all day Saturday we're working on the backyard. Cleaning it up and getting ready to put a patio in!
Sunday is church and likely lunch at my parents.
Got a very lackluster weekend planned

Tonight will be all prep work for the big weekend. Saturday is MH's bff's little boy's baptism. Then Sunday is MH's birthday, and we're doing a huge crawfish boil. We have 250 lbs of crawfish reserved (yep, 250 lbs, yikes!) It's looking like we're going to have a huge turnout, so we are excited. We do this almost every year, but I'm pretty nervous trying to pull it off this weekend with a little one too. But lots of friends are bringing their babies, so E should have a blast.
Happy weekend everyone! I don't know about ya'll, but this has been a really long week for me, I'm ready for a break!

Tonight I'm making my poor, exhausted hubby a special dinner. NY steak, blue cheese wedge salad, and a cheesy potato side. My mouth is watering!
Tomorrow we are taking G to Disneyland for the first time! I'm so excited! We've been waiting for him to be old enough to enjoy it and he's very into Mickey now so it's perfect! Bonus is the weather forecast continues to cool for tomorrow, thankfully! Sunday is church then I have a bridal shower. It'll be a quick but fun weekend!

WOW, lots of fun things planned!
TJ, all I can say is WOW, WOW! I miss crawfish boil! Had that a few times when I visited Houston.
I'm going out again tonight (went out last night already to the symphony), this time for an opera. M had a meltdown at bedtime last night for some reason; I'm hoping that he'll be better tonight. I feel bad when that happens to DH, but then, he reminds me that I take care of M every day for 10 hours, 5 days a week.
Haven't finalized our plans yet for the weekend, but we need to go stroller for M. He's still in his bucket seat + snap-n-go, and I feel awful now that he's so alert on our walks. We're getting the City Mini GT .. I feel bad for spending that much for a stroller as I think I probably can do away with the regular City Mini, but hopefully we'll be using it for many years to come.
It's going to be a gorgeous weekend here, so perhaps a picnic lunch? We live 1/2 block from a huge soccer field so we can just get some take-out and eat outside. I LOVE Springtime in New England!

tomorrow we have two Derby parties which I'm pretty excited about! I love the Derby! (Normally DH and I have a big party but with LO only being a month we had to scrap it this year!)...... I'm even going to pump and have DH give her a bottle so I can enjoy a few long overdue adult beverages!!!
no plans for Sunday..........REALLY hoping we can cash in on the nice weather and start our spring yard work. But that's like pulling teeth with DH
have a great weekend all

TJ, your weekend sounds like so much fun. Good luck!
i struggle to imagine what your vehicle looks like with 3 infant seats! Kudos to you for making the trip!
Tonight I think we're going to *gasp* take the kids and go out to eat as a family. Behavior is hit or miss so we're pretty much always prepared to ask for the bill and some boxes and split at a moments notice.
Our house is being painted and it's been raining so the workers haven't been able to do much the last few days. Tomorrow they are coming and I plan on supervising
We also have some roofers coming out to give us estimates because that is getting ripped off too hopefully sooner than later.
Sunday I don't know ... but I'm sure we'll find something to do
I'd really like to start getting LO on a good schedule so maybe we can work on that this weekend. Sunday we'll go to my parents' for lunch.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend!!
