QOTW: How do you cope with the roller coaster of emotions involved with TTCAL? What are some of your best ways to relax yourself when you feel stressed out? I've been reading alot, as well as spending time on fb groups such as CarlyMarie's seashore of rememberence, and the still project. I take walks, and soak my feet.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Wondering what the heck is going on with my body. if AF is coming, I just want her to start already. I'm frustrated. I figured I'd have it by now. It's also a MF thinking I might be KU but I doubt it because of the spotting. I'll test Monday probably if no period just to make sure.

QOTW: How do you cope with the roller coaster of emotions involved with TTCAL? What are some of your best ways to relax yourself when you feel stressed out? On a day to day basis, because it changes everyday. Its hard, because it happened so quickly with Elsie. This time, we are already on cycle 3 and it is frustrating. I refinish furniture as an outlet to stress.
My doc said the normal is 6-10 weeks post partum for AF to return. For me it was 13 weeks out. Hope it comes soon for you!
