  Wish I could be more help, but I'm not sure!  I don't remember having any pain like that.  I'd say call your OB to be safe.

  Definitely call your OB.  Maybe a minor issue, but better to be safe than sorry!

  I would call your OB just in case, but I also had HELLP and a c-section and experienced the same pain you are describing for at least 8 weeks or so. I mentioned it to the nurse at my OB's office a few times, and she kept reassuring me that it was normal to feel pain so soon after having HELLP. My liver enzymes were also normal even though I was having pain. GL and hope you feel better soon!
