Water? Fluoride?

What's the deal on water after 12 months of age? She hasn't had her well baby for this month yet. I will be giving her whole milk, but between that I was wondering about the safe amount of water.

Also, does that water still need to be fluoride free?

    I've been Lucas small amounts of tap water since six months. Never gave fluoride free. Even after a year I never give more than a cup of water a day unles it's super hot out.

    I thought they were supposed to be getting small amounts flouride. I give ava the nursery water that has flouride in it with her formula.
