Bath time is a nightmare

Strange thing has happend..my DD who used to love baths is now crying hysterically everytime. We make sure that the water temp is good and make sure DD is calm before placing her in her baby tub. She will stay calm for a few minutes but will start crying all of a sudden. Im scared to give her baths now! Im wondering if she is in some kind of pain or perhaps this is a phase? Any suggestions for making bath time a pleasant experience again?

    C had a few whimpery baths so I gave him a washcloth and he likes spoons so a little training spoon. He focused on them. Chewing on the rag and splashing the spoon. Try distracting her?

    Only times mine gets fussy is if I forget to feed him first. Maybe try feeding before the bath.

    Take a few baths with LO. Could be just a fussy period or a wonder week. Mommy time in the tub might help

    Someone suggested keeping a warm, wet washcloth draped over baby, and this has transformed our bathtimes...she was just getting a little cold.

    It's probably just a phase.  Just do it as quickly as possible! 

    DS (who is 3) used to love baths and has all the sudden decided he doesn't want to take them anymore.  I have no idea what his deal is, but I'm sure it's just a phase.  A really annoying one...

    My LO was doing the same thing! We had been giving her a bath in get tub in the kitchen. I started to wonder if it was bc she was too cold. Tonight, I put her tub in the bathtub in our bathroom and shut the door to keep it extra toasty. It worked like a charm! My happy baby was back!
