30 day crunch?

I just started mine today, anyone doing it or want to do it?

Re: 30 day crunch?

  • Wait, either most of you are pregnant or just gave birth. Nevermind.

  • Sit ups everyday for 30 days. Day 1 you start with 20 then go up 5 each day with a rest day every 3 days.

    Example:

    Day 1: 20
    Day 2: 25
    Day 3: 30
    Day 4: rest

Found this on parenting. I'm intrigued.

I could do it, but do planks for XX seconds and go up 5 seconds everyday with a rest every 3 days.  WDYT?

  • I was actually going to do this, until Robin mentioned the separated abs, I never knew I had them until I read that thread.

Yea, she said it wasn't a good idea if you had separated abs, and someone asked how would one know they had them and she mentioned the ridge that will form when you do a crunch, I didn't know that's what that meant though. I did find some exercises you can do to correct it so I started those to see if it makes a difference.

I wonder if I have seperated abs, what's the exercise to correct them?
