Good news!

We have a house! I still don't quite believe it. We lost this house originally about a week ago when someone bid over asking price. But then the sellers' agent called us back and asked if we were still interested. Apparently the buyers they went with were giving them a lot of trouble and wanted to change all the terms. But they wouldn't accept our offer until our buyer for the apartment was board approved. (we live in a co-op). So that happened yesterday and the house accepted our offer! I am so so excited. We are going from one bedroom to four! A 700 sq ft apartment to a 2,000 sq ft house! I don't know what I will do with all of the space. 

I am also a little nervous. Financially now things will be much tighter owning a house and everyone tells me that houses are money pits. But it is such a great neighborhood for A to grow up. There is a great big backyard to play in. And it is ten minutes from my parents. So I know it will all work out and be a great change for us.

IUI # 1 (clomid) 8/27/14= BFN
IUI # 2 (clomid and follistim) 9/25/14= BFN
IUI # 3 (femara and follistim) 10/23/14= BFN
IUI # 4 (femara and follistim) 11/20/14= BFN
12/12/14- saline sono shows two polyps
2/15- two uterine polyps and "schmutz" (RE's words) removed
8/15- surprise BFP! Beta #1 70 Beta #2 150

    Thanks everyone. No date to move yet. We are hoping the end of June since that is when we have to move out of our apartment.

    Congrats! We just bought a house a few days ago also, and are also making the jump from apartment living to house. Very exciting! We'll need to buy so much furniture to fill up all that space.
