Good experience with Gonal-F for IUI?

Does anyone have a good experience (BFP) with Gonal F for doing IUI?

What was your dosage? How many follicules were developed?

Was it ended-up with a successful pregnancy?

DD is a result of gonal-f + IUI. I did 75units for 8 days and had 4 follicles.

Actually I am going to do my second IUI with Gonal-F with 37.5 units for 6 days as one cycle was cancelled due to too many follicules (19!) with puregon 75ui. I had my first IUI with clomid 50 mg and resulted BFN (

So, my RE again gave me injectables (this time Gonal-F) with lower dosage.

GL we did 2 IUIs with 150mg of clomid. Each one we had 1 follicle and resulted in a BFN.

Yep! This is how I had DS.

Clomid and letrozole by themselves (oral meds) did nothing for me. The injects definitely worked although my doctor had to play around w/the dosage and timing to get a successful cycle. I ended up with 2 mature follicles the cycle I conceived. I can't remember the dosage but it was on the lower side I think and I probably did injects for about a week or so. My pregnancy and everything was normal.
