Second, the office manager heard me tell the front desk it was my last appt and csection was scheduled with Dr N on Monday. She came up to me and told me he had an emergency and won't be in hospital for at least a week and they don't know who is covering. This is when I start freaking out because everything was planned and I wasn't expecting this at all!
She called dr to find out if he knew who was covering and he talked to me, told me everything would be fine blah blah.
Problem is, I didn't meet most of docs in office because I knew I would have RCS. I basically had panic attack in office! I'm not normally like this but I'm so close and didnt expect it.
Finally, they figured out the replacement doc and I met her. She's nice enough but very new. Just finished residency. Now I'm freaking out more! I picked my doc because he is very experienced. I'm scared. It is major surgery, after all.
Anyone have csection with a newer doc? Would you schedule for another day?
I've been crying on and off all day because I'm so nervous now. I really wasn't before.
Sorry this is so long and crazy!
XP - last minute doc change....freaking out!

I had my last ob appt before my RCS on Monday. First, the office was technically closed because of a power outage so they couldn't even see me in that office. No one called because they had no computers or phones.
