Working Mom Vent

DS STTN and has for 2 months now. I am not complaining about that, its wonderful to get a full night sleep especially now that I am back to work, but I do not get to see DS in the morning when I work now. Occasionally he wakes up early, but like today, he was waking up just as I went to leave, so I got him from his crib and brought him to bed with Dad. I miss those early morning smiles. 

Just a vent.

    I hear ya. Yesterday, my first day back, DS went back to sleep before I left and it almost made things easier to leave. Today he was up and so smiley when I left and it was harder. Either way sucks. Hang in there mama.

    I love seeing him and cuddling in the morning but I hate when I have to leave for work when DS is awake.  It's MUCH easier when he's still asleep.  Sad in a different way I suppose.

    That stinks :( do you leave to early to wake him up for a morning feed? DD sometimes isn't awake but stirs so I wake her up for a feeding. 

    Hang in their mama, I am sure he loves the time he gets with you!

    I hear ya too. I wake DS up in the morning to feed and change him before dropping him off with my MIL on the way to work. It's so much easier to leave on the mornings that he falls back to sleep in the car.

    completly understand!! i miss so much just spending the day with DS. i feel like i really dont get and quality time with him tuesday through friday.
