Hey, you guise! (an update)

Sorry I haven't been around much lately! Seems like I've missed some craziness. I've just been over here gestating this baby and keeping my feet up. I have preeclampsia again, so I'm on bed rest until baby girl gets here. I've got high levels of protein in my urine, but my BP has been good so my doctor is hopeful that we won't need to call an audible for another week or two. I'm disappointed that it looks like I won't be able to make it to her due date like I wanted or try for a VBAC, but I'm good with whatever it takes for baby girl to get here safely.

I'm getting things mostly sorted out with work, so I should have more bed rest time to spend bumping. I hope everyone's doing well!

Thanks ladies! I really want to make it to at least 38 weeks. DD1 was born at 37 weeks and her lungs weren't ready. She had to stay in the NICU for 2 days and I would love to avoid that if at all possible.

Hi friend!

I hope your BP stays down so you can hopefully make it to at least 38 weeks. I'm sorry about not being able to try for the VBAC Sad I can't believe she's going to be here so soon!

Thanks so much! Manda, I can't believe she's almost here either! But dude, I told you she's measuring 8 lbs already! It might be a good thing that I won't be going to the due date and trying for a VBAC. She's likely to be a 10 pounder! I'm scared!

Thanks Bearfootz! I'm trying to just relax and rest, which is nice on weekdays while DD is being cared for elsewhere, but pretty tough on the weekends.
