Husband feeling baby?

So last night my husband and I were laying in bed, playing candy crush, and I felt a couple little bumps. So I take his hand, put it where my uterus/the bumps were coming from and wait (he was pushing pretty hard so he could feel my uterus). Sure enough, after a minute or so there's a little "thump" which he felt. He's unsure about this being him feeling movement, and thinks it might have been gas, but it was definitely my uterus he was feeling and it was little thumps like I've been feeling, not like little gas bubbles. Is it possible???? Haha.

Re: Husband feeling baby?

  • It could be...even if it isn't though, let him think he felt the baby. My hubby gets so excited when he "hears the heartbeat" just by putting his ear to my tummy. Clearly, he is hearing my heartbeat, but I don't want to burst his bubble. I just go along with it and he gets all excited. He wants so badly to be connected to this baby, it just melts my heart!

My husband is pretty jealous I get to feel more than he does, so I'm glad he got to feel it. That's sweet of your husband. : I think it's awesome when they want to feel connected.

Yay! I'm not crazy haha. I only feel it move a couple times a day, so I'm glad he got to feel one of the little thumps!
