will zappos ditch me as a customer?

How much free return abuse will zappos tolerate??  Over the last couple weeks I have ordered and returned over $1500 worth of shoes. I kept one pair that was about $80. I was looking for three pairs of shoes and was prepared to spend $600 total.  Even the $300 Cole haan didn't work out. Then on my third trip to Nordstrom rack I found a perfect pair of black pumps on sale for $50!  Zappos offers free shipping both ways and I'm a VIP customer. What are the chances they'll ditch me?  I did take the $250 I saved on my black pumps and ordered a Kate spade diaper bag that was on sale for $230...which I plan to keep. It should arrive today.  Shweeee!!!

    $1,500...that's impressive!  And I thought I was Zappos biggest returner :)

    I'm waiting on a Zappos delivery today....4 pairs of shoes, 3 of which will be returned.   Can't beat their customer service.

    Nope! I did the same thing before with swim suits. I ordered a few different ones in a couple different sizes. Spent in the range you mentioned and kept one suit. They actually upgraded me to VIP AFTER I sent in my returns!
    BFP #1: 2/14/11. EDD: 10/20/11. Missed m/c discovered in April at 12 weeks, d&c. BFP #2: 12/27/11. EDD: 9/9/2012.

    Zappos has awesome customer service! I heard its a great co to work for too.

    I'm pretty sure they'll cancel me every time I buy shoes--I order like 8 pairs and then keep maybe one. I guess it works out for them somehow! I love zappos.
