Never heard this one before...

I met a little girl named De.zi Lu.cia (Dezi lou-chia), that is first name not first and middle.  I think it means something in Italian (I over heard him explaining the meaning to someone else).   

WDYT?  I personally am not a fan but its certainly original..

    I've heard of Desi.

    It's a nn for Desiderio/Desideria.

    I immediately think of Desi Arnaz.

    I think Dezi sounds masculine.

    Lucia is Italian but Dezi is definitely not an Italian word nor a short for any Italian names.
