Sharp Pain
I am 7 weeks today. This evening I was teaching a class at the gym and I felt an extremely sharp pain in my lower abdomen. It only lasted a second then went away, then happened one more time. I am so worried. Has anyone else heard of or experienced this?

Your uterus is expanding and everything down there is shifting around. It's possible that because you were teaching a class and thus (presumably) moving around a lot, your body put more stress on those changing muscles than normal.
I'm no doctor, that's just my best guess. Talk to your OB if it really worries you.
