Baby boom at my hospital

So my MW wanted me to see the high risk OB today. He's running late. Yay. Anyway, I'm sitting here watching the poor receptionists try to schedule patients and they don't have a single available appointment till JUNE! This poor woman up at the desk now is 39.5 weeks pregnant today and they tried to give her a June 1st appt. Ummmmmmmmm. No.

This is a huge hospital! I've never had a problem getting an appt right away. The receptionists look quite overwhelmed. Poor things. I guess SF is having a bit of a baby boom.
We said "I Do" on 9/27/2008!

    hmmm, what happened there in July? A heatwave or something? There's going to be a baby boom here right after me thanks to Hurricane Sandy, lol

    Scheduled or not, those women who go into labor soon will have to be fit in somewhere. I'm hoping it's not a busy day/night when I go into labor because my hospital is small. They have 6 rooms and a C-section room across the way, and they told me they rarely fill them. We'll see...
