TeethingStomach BugUpset Stomach??

Hi! I am new here. My 8 month old son is experiencing diarrhea since yesterday evening. He is not going more often, but when he does it has no consistency. No fever or fussiness, so I am not not sure if teething could cause this, a stomach bug, or if he is just experiencing an upset stomach from his food on yesterday (didn't have anything new). I called the pediatrician who instructed to keep an eye on it, but feed as normal, but more starches such as rice cereal.

Any thoughts??

    This happened to us a week or so ago.  We were told as long as he was keeping something down (10oz or so) and didn't have a fever - to just wait it out.  He was over it in 36 hours or so.  

    It sucks!

    BFP #3 - CD36 - Jan. 2012 - 100mg Clomid + 2000met-  Baby Boy born 10.06.12 with 1 in a billion CHD. Perfect otherwise.

    Thanks! Yes it does suck. He is drinking and has an appetite, so hopefully tomorrow is better.
