AW: Brownies with avocado? Success!

For those of you who were on chat last night, sorry for the repeat!
Some of you may remember a post a while back where someone suggested replacing the oil in boxed brownie mix with avocado to make them healthier. Well, I LOVE avocado, but DH won't even put one near his food, let alone in his mouth.
Well, last night I baked a batch and tried the avocado switch-a-roo, and it was a great success! The only difference I notice is that the brownies came out a little more cake-like (I usually like them more gooey) but as far as taste, you'd never know. DH ate one this morning, and I didn't tell him till afterwards. He couldn't even tell there was anything different!
So for those of you who want to try it, just replace 1 mashed up avocado per 1/2 cup of oil. Voila!
Anyone else have any tricks up their sleeves?

That's awesome and I love that you didn't tell DH until afterwards.
I have a Healthy Sweets cookbook at home that has all kinds of recipes like that but I've never cooked anything out of it!! Maybe I should start trying!
