Throw me some crock pot recipe favorites! I'd love to start using mine!

  • Chicken breasts (frozen or thawed) 

    1 Can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice (juice drained)

    1 bottle of BBQ sauce (your choice of flavor)

    Place chicken, pineapple, and BBQ sauce in crockpot.  Turn on high for 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked. (You can shred chicken for sandwiches or cut into bit size pieces for LOs) It's pretty versatile.

    I serve over steamed rice with Hawaiian sweet rolls.

     

    DH loves when I make this. It's awesome left over too.
