For any new ladies: Welcome to the June Check in. I am sorry you find yourself here, but we welcome you with open arms.

This is a check in for those who had EDDs in June, no matter the year. If you'd like to be added to our group, please tell us your screen name and EDD. If you're new, please tell us a little about yourself.

That's right, CH's this morning! It was early this month, cd12, but thankfully our timing was good...better than it's been lately, for sure. I realized last night the early o means I need to bring hpts with me on vacation. Eek! Not thrilled with AF being due on Mothers Day, but it is what it is...

QOTW: Not reading anything currently. Last thing I read was the second 50 Shades book...and that was awhile ago.

Hi ladies! I went this morning to my RE for beta---fingers crossed! They will likely call this afternoon.

*QOTW**: What books are you reading right now? or have read the most recently? I just finished Beautiful Diaster and now I am on to another romance novel. Not sure what it is called----I love them. They are so naughty Stick out tongue

Meh. The 2ww had been fine... no spotting this time at least, and I think my LP is lengthening by a day... yay!

I did get a BFN today though, but I honestly expected that since our timing was very poor. Curse these irregular cycles and DH's work schedule!!!

Just waiting for AF to show so we can start a new cycle.

QOTW: I'm currently reading Nia Vardalos' book called "Instant Mom". It talks about her years of infertility, the eventual adoption of her daughter, and the process of transitioning her into their home and family. It's a very fascinating and touching story :-)

I cant decide if I want to chart this cycle or not.

Eta: I'm not currently reading a book but I'm interested in reading the great Gatsby after watching all these previews for the new movie.

Boo for irregular cycles and YH's work schedule! My DH has an odd work schedule too, so I always give him a heads up of when FW is so he knows that even if he's working late/over a weekend, he will still have to save some energy for me, lol.

"Instant Mom" sounds like a beautiful story. Adding it to my reading list now!

It is a tough call as to whether or not charting is a good idea. On the one hand, you know exactly what's going on, but on the other, it's easy to over-analyze. Although, I can still over-analyze without charting, lol.

I can't wait for the Great Gatsby movie! It looks great!

The trip is to Hawaii. I'm trying to make lemonade out of the lemon of not being pregnant yet, so having some drinks on the beach and getting a massage are on the agenda for sure.

Honestly, the writing in 50 Shades isn't very good, but the sex stuff is kind of steamy so that kind of makes up for it. I wasn't blown away by the book.

Thanks. I'm looking forward to it. What's funny is that DH is stressed about the trip and I'm not. Probably because I've been before and I'm more used to traveling with DS. It should be fun.

We're keepin' it real, and enjoying the practice... Wink

We just finished performances of "Camelot", and now we're gearing up to start rehearsals for "A Midsummer Night's Dream" - it'll be my husband's first time doing a Shakespearean play. I'm excited that he's joining me this time!

I recently started reading "A Tale of Two Cities" by Charles Dickens. My husband gave me the book for my birthday - I love Dickens!

I've done 2 news spots in the past week, and on Thursday I'm filming another. Is it appropriate for me to post the link to my news story on here? It gives my real name and the town we live in, but it's been aired on TV, so it's public domain anyway...
