Neutrogena Pure and Free Baby. We like it, and it is on a bunch of the "good" lists.

We also use this one. Except on her head. She has fairly thin blonde hair and I really worry about her scalp since she won't keep a sun hat on. I, shamefully, admit that I have been using spray sunscreen on her scalp.

We used California baby last year without any issues. We may use it again or we may try adorable baby. i have to shop around.
The link that spicy posted is great. They list tons of different sunblocks and rate each one. Lots of good info there.
