Anyone with Chronic Fatigue/Lyme?

I have Chronic Fatigue/Lyme Disease and Severe Depressive Disorder. It has taken me years of recuperation to get to a stable point (mentally and physically!) to even consider having children. Just started week 6 of my first ever pregnancy, and so far I am feeling the fatigue and achiness, but it just feels like another flare, and not even a really bad one! Feeling optimistic and wondering how others with these conditions are coping while expecting. And if anyone is already a mother with any of these conditions, do you have any advice??

    My SIL has chronic fatigue. She had to do monthly magnesium IVs during her pregnancy as well as a supplement for B vitamins. She had 2 healthy pregnancies.
