Ugh, so since Friday evening I have basically had nothing but butt pee. It's horrible and I'm going several times per day. I'm chugging water to combat dehydration, and I'm seeing my doctor today so I plan on asking her then. Anyone else have this right before they go into labor? I had heard that it was a sign of labor starting soon, so at first I was excited about it (the things we get excited about these days!) but it's going on 4 days now and that seems a bit excessive. Starting to think maybe it's a bug or something I ate. Boo.

Because of how far along you are, it could be your body gearing up to clean out and prepare for labor. I would keep doing what you're doing, downing water, and trying to stay hydrated.
But follow up with your OB, and make sure it's not a virus or something.

I've got the same problem, but it's gone on for about a week and a half
Dr. just told me to make sure I stay hydrated but didn't offer any other insight. Praying things firm up for you soon! Raw butts are no fun.
OMG, I would just die. And DH would probably never want to have sex with me again. LOL

LOL! You are so bumping funny! In all reality, it sounds like you may be clearing out in preparation for labor. Like others have said, check with your OB.

I'm having the opposite problem. Despite the colace and gummy fiber, eating lots of fiber and drinking lots of water, I'm definitely more stopped up the past week or so. As in I feel like I have to go all the time, but nothing is coming out and when it does it is very hard and solid and difficult to pass.
I'm seriously afraid if I push too hard I'm going to get a head out instead of poop...*sigh*
Gatorade will make it worse because of the sugar...I'm a soupy poopy expert. Terrible digestive system.
Sorry you're throwing down banners! Maybe try some bananas, that should help bind you up a little.
