Pgal nightmare before my A/S today

I had the worst pgal nightmare, woke up at midnight and then went back to sleep, woke up again at 3 am and was still having it! Ugh must be my anxiety about our A/S this morning ! At least only 3 more hours til we can leave for the doctors office!! Not even going to try going back to sleep because I'm scared Ill keep having the same nightmare.
-My step-daughter is 12 years old.
-BFP #1 on 9/2/12, D&C 10/18/12 no heartbeat on US @ 10 weeks.
-BFP #2 on 1/7/13, R was born on 9/22/13 via C-Section

After RPL testing my losses and subsequent infertility are considered unexplained.
Cycle #22: Femara, TI, and progesterone = BFP!!
BFP#3 Dec 21, 2012. Beta #1 @14dpo = 134, progesterone 67.8. Beta #2 @ 17dpo = 664! Team green, EDD 9/1/13, healthy baby boy born 9/12/13!
