When is it safe for baby to sleep on their tummy? For the last few days i've noticed if I put LO on his back to sleep when I come back in the room he is on his tummy. I'm assuming he can roll over although i've never seen him do it.
My pedis recommendation on this is to still put baby down to sleep on his/her back, but if they are strong enough to roll over, then they are strong enough to pick up their head so they arent face down on the mattress. so you don't have to worry about it if they do roll on their own.
If your LO rolls over and then wakes up crying bc he doesn't like to be on his belly (my dd1 went through that phase), you can roll up a receiving blanket for each side to recent them from rolling in the first place.
