Do yourself a favor and make this asap!

With the following changes...

1. More garlic

2. Cover the mushrooms while they cook and make sure you cook them good.

3. It needs lots of salt and pepper

4. Add the cheese to the milk mixture to make a cheese sauce

5. Use panko breadcrumbs and toast them before adding them.

IT'S SO GOOD.

This will have to wait until next week. DH hates tuna noodle casserole, but I LURVE it. Will give this a go, and see where the kids stand.
