    Starting weight: 200 (October)

    Goal weight or weight loss (lbs) goal: 145 / 55 lbs

    Current weight or # of lbs lost so far: 175 / 25lbs

    Something positive: finally started weight watchers and I'm very hopeful.

    Something negative: i was eating junk all last week because I knew I was going to start WW and I was on my period, no weight gain though, thank god!

    Activity this week:  none :(

    Favorite healthy recipes this week: yeah I didn't eat like anything healthy lol I have started eating Greek yogurt though, which is better than regular

    Anything else? I'm hoping between WW and this, Ill have some accountability and be able to actually lose the weight. I really need to start some activity (I'm waiting until 3 weeks post surgery, so Wednesday I'll start), I know thats the only way I'll be able to see REAL results. We have a Total Gym, which I love, and a Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD that is pretty good that I'll be doing.

    140-137 depending on when I weigh myself 

    Something positive:

    I know I'm physically in good shape because my endurance is pretty good. 

    Something negative:

    Sooo many of my clothes still don't fit. 

    Activity this week:  

    Walking, at least 2 walks per day, usually 3... about 45 min each.

    I'm just frustrated and feeling like I've reached a total plateau... I've been stuck at this weight for MONTHS

    Something positive:  I'm drinking more water and cut out dairy

    Something negative:  I found dairy free ice cream the other day

    Activity this week:  walks and other work outdoors

    Goal weight or weight loss (lbs) goal: 120

    Current weight or # of lbs lost so far: 130

    Something positive: I was 135 when I got pregnant, so I've lost the "baby weight" and then some

    Something negative: My stomach isn't nearly as tight as it used to be! I was also down to 123 a couple months ago. 

    Activity this week: found a belly/butt/thigh workout. DH bought the insanity DVD's, which I think is weird, but maybe i'll try it out

    Favorite healthy recipes this week: snow peas and diced tomatoes sauteed in soy sauce

    Anything else? Maybe these check ins will be my motivation to avoid eating a hand full of candy every time an applicant makes me want to scream.
