white blister

my 15 mo old has a blister just inside the corner of his mouth/ inner cheek. he eats a lot of yogurt/kefir so i dont know if its thrush or something else. i called the doctor and i am waiting for a call back. any ideas what this could be? I only see the one blister right now. its white.
