Overly Excited

I am such a newbie to ttc, but I have been reading a lot of posts here and I was given a book (Taking Charge of Your Fertility) by my one and only friend who knows I am ttc.  Your posts have been incredibly helpful and the book is absolutely amazing.  I would recommend it to anyone!!

 With all that being said I understand the importance of temping and CM.  Today I am legit text book ovulating and I couldn't be more excited.  I am so thrilled because I am understanding my body and why things happen and what those things happening mean.  Secondly, I can't wait for H to get home.  He's getting attacked!! hehe 

 I am so glad I joined this site.  I know this is one small step to conceiving, but understanding my body has been very exciting.

Monitored Clomid 11/15
M/C 12/16 @ 6 weeks
Clomid & Ovidrel Shot
M/C 2/16 @ 8 weeks
*Currently on Clomid (monitored) and waiting on tissue results.

    Did you actually read the book yet?  O is confirmed after the fact by temping.  CM is a good indicator, but it's no guarantee.  At any rate, good luck to you and welcome to the board.

    This.  You won't really know you're ovulating (legit, textbook like) until a temp shift confirms.  Your body can gear up to O, meaning you get all the symptoms of ovulation (HSO cervix, EWCM, +OPK, etc.),  and still not O.

    Anyhow, it's good that you are reading that book.  You have a headstart on a lot of the newbies that come to this board.  Welcome.

    I have not gotten completely through the book, still chugging along.  I do not consider myself an expert AT ALL, but I am excited to understand what my body is doing.
