I have vents abt the wknd w/ neighbors, H and my health but today actually everyone is in a great mood (so far) and it's rubbing off on me. I'll stay positive

At 6 am in the morning I spilled 1/4 of the pitcher of juice in the fridge. Spent the next 20 minutes cleaning and will still have to take the shelf off and clean the drawers after DS goes to bed tonight. Not a good start to a Monday.
On the plus side, DS woke up in a very good mood today (he usually, like his daddy, is a cranky-pants right when he wakes up).
I hate when people try and give you their two cents about the dos and donts of raising a baby or things we should be doing that we aren't when THEY HAVE NO KIDS. Please don't judge me or my decisions when you have no idea how it feels to be in my shoes. It's not as easy as you think. So when you're a parent....we will see how it goes.

My SIL does this all.the.time. She is so judgy to us and everyone who has kids about just about everything but she has none. Drive me nuts.
I am planning my sisters bridal shower which is this weekend. I think if I rolled my eyes anymore at the family shenanigans on both sides my eyes may get stuck in the back of my head.
I've decided to go in to work to do something things - usually do these things on my home computer. I got to work and it was left a mess literally. It has been the 3rd time and I've usually let it slide (and come in to help the person on shift get things cleaned up and into the system), assuming employee was busy all day Saturday and had no time to finish putting inventory into the computer...
Today when I logged onto the front desk computer SHE HAD HER PERSONAL FB LOGGED IN and left a note for the morning shift employee saying what she needed to do. I have no problem with her leaving notes for what hasn't been finished, but when I see you were logged onto your own personal social network, it makes me wonder if you really just didn't tag this stuff on purpose... UGH. Today she gets a talk.

We do this one event once a year that requires people to work on the Saturday of two weekends. This weekend my boss and our admin asst. both copped out on me leaving me having to work the full day instead of breaking it up into shifts. Hope both will show up this weekend and not leave me alone again. Honestly, it's not even being left alone that's annoying..it's having to be there all day, plus the fact I was pretty sure it was assumed no one was allowed to miss this thing, so I stayed home instead of going with DH and LO to visit the family out of town. I didn't do anything else besides clean this weekend because I was exhausted afterward, and couldn't muster the energy to do more than shower to even try leaving the house.
Oh my goodness, last minute planning regarding very high level official's time is making today a rather stressful day, when today was supposed to be laid back, me just taking notes and providing a readout on a conference. Ugh.
I am convinced that everyone I work with has their headuptheirass today which is making me very grumpy.
DH is also being VERY high maintenance about planning our 4th of July vacation. He refuses to drive up to Cape Cod because it took us 7 hours. Once. The next two times we learned our lesson and didnt leave during rush hour so it only took 4. He refuses to remember this. Sigh.
Our office assistant is a serious complainer. She smokes like a pack a day, is seriously overweight and spends her day moaning to herself about "oh my back", "oh my knees," and is constantly coughing...that deep raspy smokers cough. it's terrible. Like nails on a chalk board terrible. I think pregnancy hormones are adding to it a bit, but I want to scream sometimes!
It's Monday. 4 and a half more working days. . Ugh. Oh and our kitchen is still torn apart and looks the same way as it did last week as MH did no work on it this weekend.

I started the day with a 2 hour commute in the rain....enough said.
So sorry I have been there having to tryand manually pump myself...which doesn't get it all out, but does relieve some pressure...also...messy.
