amazon completion coupon question

Can the completion coupon be applied to items that are Sold by another vendor but Fulfilled by Amazon or only for items that are Sold AND Fulfilled by Amazon?

    From Amazon's FAQ: The Completion Discount applies only to items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com and must be purchased through your 10% Completion Discount view.

    Only items sold directly through amazon.com and the items must be in the baby store, so children's books and items from other categories do not qualify.  You will get a link to a special page where all the eligible items and discounts appear once you reach your completion discount window.
