What a way to start my Monday morning. I just got an email from the airlines that SS flight has been changed, but the adult escort ticket I purchased flight hasn't been changed. Ummmm, no that's not going to work. I've been on the phone with them for the last 30minutes trying to fix it. How they can separate two itineraries and one being a child is beyond me.

I had them fix it. While there were different confirmation codes (2 round trip adult and 1 round trip child) they were all linked to each other to prevent any issue in the first place. Since United and Continental joined forces they've basically gone to crap as far as customer service goes. I never had issues with Continental before the merge.
