Tomorrow we have to go to the children's hospital for my Dds EEG. It happens to be in the same place that she needs to get her blood draw for genetic testing. On one hand I feel like I should do them both same day to make it easier-maybe the stress would even help trigger a seizure. On the other hand I feel bad putting her through so much in a short period.

I always try to do more than 1 thing if possible, and as long as it doesn't increase our wait significantly. Good luck.

Same day. Why draw it out? Assuming stress triggers a seizure, and the jury is out on that, it's information toward getting a dx. Plus, a hospital is as safe a place for seizure activity as possible. And plus, the sooner the sample gos out, the sooner the results come back.
