Indigestion the worst pain ever

I have indigestion ever instead of having heartburn it's the worse tummy ache ever and I've tried tums but nothing I need relief NOW!!!!

    Try drinking a carbonated beverage, ginger ale if you have it, and walk around to get some burp's out. This has been helping me.

    Thanks it got go bad I threw up 3 times and finally after hours of pain it went away but now I'm scared to eat don't want that pain again

    I live in the country and its too dangerous to ride a bike here but maybe ill buy an exec raise ball but ill try the ginger ale all I know is omg did it hurt
