Pregnant again after only 2.5 months of giving birth

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and this was a shock to me since it took 5 months to get pregnant and my little one is only 3 months old

Is there any other moms out there going thru the same thing?

    Well, 5 months isn't a 'long time' to TTC.  After delivery, you are advised to wait the 6 weeks (or whatever your doc recommends).  And after that time, if you're having sex unprotected, you're fair game to get pregnant again.  Some say you're 'more fertile', even.  It's hard on the body, but not uncommon.  Good luck!

    Ours aren't quite that close in age, but we started ttc around 6 weeks pp. Good luck! A friend of mine got pregnant with twins just 3 months after giving birth. It's crazy for her, but she is loving it. And it's so great watching them play together.

    The little girls I nanny are 14 months apart, so their mom got pregnant 5 months PP.  They are now 1.5 and 2.5, and are doing great!  It's tricky (the older one really had to grow up a little on the early side), but they really love each other and have a ton of fun together.  There are pluses and minuses, but I know their parents were happy to get all the baby stuff (diapers, etc.) done at once, and now they are so into and having so much fun with the toddler things that the girls can do together.  Good luck!

    A good friend of mine has two girls 13 months apart! Everyone asks if they're twins. They get along so well and she says she wouldn't have it any other way. Congrats!!

    Well dh has a very high libido it's min 2 times a day and I really didn't think I would get pregnant that fast especially since they told us right before we got pregnant with Riley he had low sperm count which I'm doubting that now lol

    I share custody with my x which I have 2 other boys 612 years old they love their little brother so I'm really crossing my fingers for a girl I'm being out numbered but I'm lucky cause Riley has been sleeping thru the night since 2 months and wakes up most days at 8:309:00 sometimes I get the occasional 10:00 so I can't ask for a better little boy he was like that when I was pregnant when I had ultrasounds it took a lot to get the pics they wanted cause all he wanted to do is sleep

    Nit myself personally but my friends have 8 children. 2 of the children are so close they all be in the same year at school, the next were twins, couldn't get any closer lol and another set are so close they all be in the same year at school too!
    They love it and they don't have a lot of help either xx

    Hope this doesn't sound mean but I'm glad someone is going to "one up" me!  I have a 6 month old and I'm about 6 wks pregnanty. Your situation makes mine seem like no biggie. I feel your pain though. You're not alone!

    I just found out we are expecting our third (due 1/1/14 but no January board yet so I have been lurking here). My two oldest are 10 months apart, my younger one was born 5 weeks early.

    i LOVE how close they are. They are playing great together (into the same toys) and they already have an amazing close bond. My oldest is such a great big brother he loves. To take care of his little brother and makes sure he has everything he needs.

    How close will yours be? 

    Loving life with two boys who are 10 months apart and can't wait for team green baby to join us and thinking daily about our angel who was with us for a very short time.     Riley will be 1year on the 11th of jan. and the new baby is due dec 14th but ill be induced 12 weeks before for a Caesarian
