Talking but not saying mama or dada

My son is 10 1/2 months and has started talking. He says dog, ball, baba, and up but no mama and dada. Anyone else experiencing this?

    My daughter is 10.5 months as well and doesn't say anything but babble.  I can't make out anything that may resemble an actual word.

    My daughter is the exact opposite.  She says Mama like nobody's business, just started saying Dada and we think said Bye bye because she did it while waving and has done it more than once. Everything else is just babbling.  They'll get there!! I am not rushing my LO to grow up!

    DD says dada and babbles a lot. She's starting with the MMM noises and sometimes I think she says mama, but not yet.
