DH gave me some names he likes...

Here's the short list he gave me:

Alexus (Yes, like the car...I had to veto right away! Even my spell check was like 'hell no!')

Summer (I'm not a fan of month or season names at all)

Meadow (Where did he get this name from? At least it's better than Alexus!)

Charlotte (Beautiful name but overused)

Caroline (This is the one I like as well, a top contender!)

It's cute how much thought he put into the names, he's been thinking for weeks about them so I don't want to bash him because I appreciate how much he cares. But I did tell him Alexus sounds like the name of a blonde stripper with daddy issues....LOL

    Love Caroline and I like Charlotte. Summer is a GP name for me, but I don't think I would ever use it.

    Meadow is a GP name of mine.

    Caroline is nice, but almost as bland as Charlotte IMO.

    I feel like Caroline and Charlotte are in the same category as far as popularity goes, but they are both nice names.

    I knew a teen mom who named her daughter Alexus.  Her mom used to joke that was the only 'Lexus' she'll ever have.  Kinda mean, but probably kinda true. 

    Summer is one of my GP names!  Loooooove it.  I think I loved it after loving The O.C.  I know, I know ....

    Meadow is another one that reminds of a stripper name ....

    I like Charlotte and Caroline.  Very nice, classic, feminine names!  :)  I think overall, your hubby did a pretty good job.

    I do love Caroline, but I have to say that both Meadow and Summer are total GP names for me.

    I am so over Charlotte.

    I love Summer and Caroline. I like Meadow and Charlotte and Alexus is just bad. Alexis is not too bad though.

    I don't think Alexus is that terrible.  I mean, it's misspelled, but I would assume your DH was going for Alexis.   I would use Alexis over Meadow or Summer.

     Caroline, Charlotte, Alexis, Summer, Meadow (in that order)
