...Or something. Maybe toss a little labor dust my way. My kid doesn't want to come out. My body keeps doing this thing where it thinks it might want to go into labor but then it doesn't. Tease.

Or someone at least hold me.

Or, you know, toss some GIFs in my general direction or something.

Oh, any my laptop broke, so I have resorted to being a dirty lurker. But I managed to swipe a family member's laptop for now and it feels good to use a real farking keyboard to type a real farking post. Even if it is at 1:stupid-something in the morning.

So sorry your kiddo is being stubborn. I am sure you heard all the advice so I'll keep it to myself. I have nothing new to add anyways.

Maybe he or she just hangs out and then busts out in a really smooth, short and easy birth experience. That is what I hope you'll get anyways. Good luck!

You are one day more pregnant than I am. And I have had a spotless track record of not giving birth while all the peeps who were due at the same time have begun to pop. I doubt that will change. I can almost guarantee you shall go first, lol.

Although I am counting what I hope could be real contractions currently. But mostly I think it's just a bout of wishful thinking and I'm really just counting a whole bunch of BH.

Yeah, I've heard it all for sure. And this being my third rodeo, I've heard it all twice before as well. People like to be "helpful".

At any rate, there are two types of people who are making me want to punch kittens right now. The first being the "you need to walk!" crowd who have forgotten my severe, debilitating sciatica. Kitten Punch!

The second being the, "Aren't you due today? How's labor going?" crowd who don't seem to understand that a due date is not an eviction date. KITTEN PUNCH-PUNCH!

The contractions have been 1 to 2 minutes long but the intervals between my contractions have been 7.5 minutes, 6 minutes, 10 minutes, 3.5 minutes, 10.5 minutes, and 2.5 minutes. Sh!t is inconsistent as fcuk. I don't see it happening tonight.

Toward the end of the day, my contractions became erratic like you're describing. I doubted myself. I thought I was in false labor or sumshit. Well, around 1 am the next day, labor really took off and became painful so I knew it was the real thing. That was the worst part of my labor. The not knowing. Best of luck to you!

I would have talked much sooner but with the recent cluster across the bump, I figured I'd give it a few days before an intro. My intro feels have just been recent.
