Curious if anyone here is from the Asheville or Black Mountain area.  Also wondering if there are any great prenatal yoga classes worth mentioning.  Hope ya'll are having a excellent weekend!

    West AVL yoga has a great prenatal class on Saturday mornings and Tuesday or Wednesday nights!

    I haven't been able to find many sources that help you find local moms-to-be online... this is the closest I've gotten!  I don't make it out to Hendersonville much, but mom works for Park Ridge Home Health.  I'm guessing you're probably planning on having your little one at Park Ridge, eh?

    There's a FB group called AVL Mamma connect that has some ladies who are either pregnant or recently had children. It's been a pretty good resource!

    My husband and I moved to Asheville in 2008.  I would love to attend a prenatal yoga class.  Asheville Community Yoga offers a prenatal class on Sunday afternoons.
