Jogging Strollers

This summer I am going to be training to run 26.2 miles. I need a good sturdy jogging stroller that is going to hold up. Does anyone have a recommendation?

    BOB! I bought my single almost 8 years ago before my first daughter was born and it has held up great. Between my 2 girls it's been used 8 years straight. I also have a double BOB, it wasn't used as much but with less than 5 weeks until the arrival of baby 3 it is about to be back in commission! Both of our strollers have been kept in the garage so they still look nice too. I'm considering getting a new single for this baby just because I know they have made some improvements to the stroller.

    Depends on your budget. Bob Ironman is better suited for that kind of running. Also look at the Chariot Carriers, that's the stroller of choice around here with triathletes and distance runners. I would stay away from the lower end like Baby Trend and Jeep, they aren't meant for that kind of running, and having used them all, I can tell a difference.

    I have to add, if you have no budget and are a serious runner, check out the Phil and Ted's Sub 4 jogger. Drool.

    I loved my BOB ironman single. I had to sell it to pay for my duallie which is also fantastic!
